PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Lovitt's Top Bead is a non-toxic, non-flammable, penetrating surface sealer that completely seals most concrete, brick, cured asphalt, and sandstone surfaces. Lovitt's Top Bead is effective as a sealer on surfaces which will be above or below grade.

COVERAGE RATES
Coverage rates with Lovitt's Top Bead depend on the porosity of the surface being treated. I.e. concrete floors finished with a power trowel then treated with Lovitt's Top Bead will use much less Lovitt's Top Bead than paving stones which have never been treated with anything and have visible pores.
Coverage can range from 100 to 300 square feet per U.S. gallon.

CAUTION - PLEASE NOTE

  1. Do not apply Lovitt's Top Bead to glass, glazed surfaces, or aluminum, as etching will occur. In case of accidental contact, rinse thoroughly and immediately with water.
  2. Lovitt's Top Bead is not meant to fill or seal visible cracks.
  3. For surfaces not specified in our literature or if you are uncertain as to previous chemical treatments, (on the surface to which you are considering applying Lovitt's Top Bead), we recommend that Lovitt's Top Bead be applied to a small test area first.
  4. DO NOT ATTEMPT A SECOND COATING OF LOVITT'S TOP BEAD! It will not adhere and may become cloudy on the surface.
  5. If Lovitt's Top Bead becomes frozen, thaw out completely and shake well to fully remix the material prior to using. Freezing will not harm the product.
